1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the app "simple as book!" by Lars Slodczyk.

2. Service

The app lets you create, manage, and optionally share notes. Synchronisation and sharing are carried out via Apple iCloud and require an active iCloud account.

3. Purchase and unlock

After a free trial period, full use of the app can be unlocked with a one-time purchase. The purchase is processed via the Apple App Store. Apple's terms apply additionally. Apple is the contracting party for the purchase; refunds and the management of purchases are handled exclusively by Apple.

4. User obligations

You are responsible for the content you create, store, and share. Using the app for unlawful purposes or to distribute unlawful content is prohibited.

5. Liability

The app is provided with the greatest possible care. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. No liability is assumed for data loss beyond our control, in particular due to disruptions of Apple iCloud, device errors, or operating errors. Users are advised to additionally back up important data themselves. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

6. Changes

These Terms of Use may be adjusted as needed. The version published in the app at the time applies.
